Consumer stated that when they hit a minor bump in the road at 10mph the air bag inadvertently deployed. Dealer notified. Ts.

While driving with the defroster on high, the heater unit caught fire, flames came throught the vents melting the dashboard and visiors and cracked the windshield, the fire also caused the drivers air bag to deploy. Nlm.

Consumer contacted the dealer in reference to recall number 99v243000/mfr recall number 99s23. Dealer states parts not available. Consumer has yet to have recall work corrected.

Dashboard is rising up all the way across the front windshield. Consumer is concerned that airbag may be exposed. Dealer has been contacted.

Consumer was traveling at 45 mph and took his eyes off the road for a split second and drove into a ditch, hitting a concrete drainage wall. Upon impact, none of the airbags deployed. Driver sustained a broken back.
