Upon starting vehicle there was a loud boom with a cloud of blue smoke from engine compartmen, destroying intake manifold. Warranty covered repairs. Dealer could only guess what problem was.
Vehicle blewup. Consumer out of car when he smelled gas. Towed vehicle to dealer. Dealer indicated intake manifold exploded or backfired.
On one occasion the three section intake panel broke, hitting the hood and making a loud noise. Nlm.
