Three problems related to door have been reported for the 1999 Mercury Villager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When the gas pedal was pressed, there was a delay in acceleration. The consumer had to pump the gas pedal to get the vehicle to move. Dealer cleaned dirty throttle body. Blower only worked on high. Failed resistor replaced. Left front door panel was peeling and had to be replaced.

Creak/squeaking noise comes from all side doors of the van. Same noise came from back liftgate, but after several trips to the dealer was eventually fixed. The van has been in the shop approximately 6 times for the noise from the side doors. They have not been able to fix it yet.
