Four problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 1999 Mercury Villager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The vehicle experienced front end vibration , replaced tires however vehicle continued vibration later.
Vibration in front. Dealer balanced tires and then replaced tires. Still vibrates and thumps. Dealer says Ford is looking into it.
Light feel and side to side steering wheel wobbled only at low speeds 5-15 mph-problem is intermittent but dealer confirms problem, but is mystified.
While driving 40 mph + front end shakes vigorously which may cause a loss of vehicle control dealer cannot determine the cause of the problem. Please provide further information.
