One problem related to horn assembly has been reported for the 1999 Mercury Villager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Due to poor location of horn it cannot be used properly. Area where horn is located is very small and not useable in cases of an emergency. Vehicle was in an accident due to horn not being able to sound.
