Exterior Lighting Problems of Mini Cooper - part 2

The lighting and small system computer or frm module. This module controls any features including safety features on the car. My turn signals, hazard lights, dash lights, courtesy lights, tail lights, windows, horn, high beam headlights and possibly airbags don’t work. Mini will fix the problem if the car is ten years old or less, but any car that is older doesn’t qualify. My car is a 2011 but I bought it new in 2012. They refuse to fix it and the repair cost is around $2000. I have had so many other problems with my car that have cost me several thousands of dollars and I feel like Mini should fix this problem considering these are safety features that could result in injury or death.

Rear light connector over heating, melting and shorting.

Car malfunctioned to include, high beams, blinkers and window mechanisms. Mini service department acknowledged that this is a known issue.

Driving off-ramp at 35 mph power steering stopped functioning and steering became really hard, lights went off, ac stopped working, and lots of engine lights came up, almost crashed when turning a corner and engine started failing. . . . . Got home and shut off car, when tried to turn on again, it failed to start. . . . . . .

The seat sensor is faulty. It reads that someone under 30lbs is in it (disabling the airbag) the dash light verifies it is off. This problem is intermittent to this day. So if a crash occurs the sensor won't read correctly if anyone is in the seat or not, the airbag may not deploy and if it does will do so possibly with too much force.

I filled out your safety complaint portable from but could not submit it. When I used the link on the pdf form, it told me there was no such address, and when I used the link in the covering e-mail, I repeatedly received the message "file selected is not a portable form!. " is there another way to submit it?.
