The contact owns a 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante. While driving 37 mph, the vehicle jerked and the service engine warning indicator light illuminated. The contact attempted to accelerate and pull off the road, but when the engine revved, the vehicle moved approximately three feet and stopped.
