The drivers side and front passenger side air bags did not deploy. The contact stated that only the curtain air bag deployed on the drivers side. The driver sustained injuries to the neck and back. The driver received further medical attention due to the brake failure. The vehicle was to be inspected by a dealer to determine the failure with the air bags and brakes.
