Lug:nuts put on to specification when tires replaced. Within 1 month front driver tire almost came off due to loose nuts. Mechanic tightened to specification. Ith 1 month both front tires almost fell off on freeway due to loose nuts. Called mitsubshi motors. They suggested I have them replaced by dealer since they are custom nuts, at my expense.

While driving the vehicle, on two separate occasions, the front wheel fell off. First the front left wheel fell off, approximately one month later the right front wheel fell off.
