The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Immediately after parking, the vehicle rolled back very quickly. The contact attempted to get back in the vehicle; however, it was traveling too fast. The vehicle struck a parked vehicle. When the vehicle finally stopped, she noticed that the gear was still in drive. She believes this to be a safety issue because she should not have been able to remove the key from the ignition without the vehicle being placed in the park position. The speed was unknown.
