My 2004 Nissan 350z with 36,000 miles uses one quart of oil every 500 miles. My factory powertrain warranty expired January 31, 2009 (34 days ago). Nissan is not illing to 'goodwill' my complaint even though the vehicle is 14,000 miles below the factory mileage warranty of 50,000 miles and the fact that this issues began months before January 31, 2008.
