I was driving on the interstate and I put the car in cruise control. The car comes off cruise control and I enter it into cruise control again. The same results happen. Then I notice my rpm accelerating and my mph decelerating. I knew I had to pull my vehicle over to the side of the road immediately. As I'm switching lanes my car starts to smoke profusely and I say small flames from the front of the vehicle. Nissan affairs refuses to fix my vehicle because it is exactly 1, 918 miles outside of the warranty. Although, my transmission blew prematurely.

Starting in 2011 every once in a while the cruise control lights started blinking which disabled the ability to use the cruise control. The vehicle had to be turned off and restarted to reset the lights and be able to use cruise control. This became more frequent as time went on. Now in 2013 the cruise control lights blink 99. 99% of the time and cannot be reset by turning vehicle off. Within 30 smoke started coming out from underneath the hood on the drivers side and through the vents. I got out of the car and went to safe place on the side of the road and turned to see the inside of the car completely filled with black smoke. Within a minute the flames came out from under the hood of the car. Within 10 minutes the car was completely engulfed in flames.
