Vehicle door locks stopped working with key fob and with interior controls. Radio volume control on unit doesn’t work only the steering wheel control. Radio will randomly change station by itself. Radio will randomly turn on when car is off. Car will not start and has to be jumped for no apparent reason. Battery has had to been replaced twice in the last 4 years. Dealership has not been able to replicate any of the issues other than the door locks that where repaired under an extended warranty that we purchased. All door lock actuators. This is available for inspection. The safety of myself and passengers is at risk due to not being able to unlock and lock my vehicle at any given time. This is a security risk for any occupants in the event of needing to quickly lock doors or unlock in the event of an emergency. This also puts my vehicle at risk of theft and being stolen. The door actuators will not activate from the remote key or the unlock/lock buttons inside the vehicle. Yes, I had jim johnson Nissan (bowling green, ky) look at the problem and they confirmed and quoted me for this. No, it has not been inspected by the manufacturer. 44 Electrical System problem

Failure Date: 09/25/2020

The radio and hvac systems failed; going down mn I-35 west south bound at 70mph the radio abruptly changed stations and went to full blast. It continued to randomly change between stations at full blast. I was unable to adjust the volume via the steering wheel controls or radio controls. I was also unable to shutoff the radio. The changes were sudden, shocking, and they caused me to hit the breaks and jerk into another lane. The issue continues randomly and happens on freeways, highways, city streets and at stoplights. There is no common trend to when it happens or what the vehicle is doing at the time. Controls become unresponsive to address it until the vehicle is shutoff. The vehicle has been brought in several times to walzer Nissan group in mn that have reviewed video footage of the radio doing this. They have validated the issue and are unable to repair it.

45 Electrical System problem

Failure Date: 06/16/2020

I am having an issue while driving that my car is saying my front sensor in blocked causing my car to randomly automatic break while no other cars are around me. I took my car to Nissan in cherry hill, NJ where I bought the car eight months ago. They told me that the sensor was bent and my car was hit or in an accident. Let me specify that I was not in an accident, and my car was not hit by another car. There are no marks on the front of my car that would give them reason to say my car was in an accident. I take my car to get serviced at a non- Nissan dealership. Nissan of cherry hill is trying to blame that company for the "damage" that never happened.
