Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Nissan Armada, they were advised that there are 0 unrepaired recalls. The contact stated that the vehicles pedal did not respond when pressure was applied and that there is reduced braking power. They proceeded to refer to NHTSA campaign number: 13v451000, because they believe there vehicle is exhibiting similar symptoms. They stated that the vehicles was taken to an independent shop where the brake pads and rotors where replaced within the last 12 months. The dealer has not diagnosed the vehicle but the manufacturer was contacted and the manufacturer advised the contact to call NHTSA. Ep.
