Checked and verified by two certified dealers: c&e tire and auto on 10/17/25 estimated repair: $2,024. 28 Nissan of clearwater, FL on 10/28/25 estimated repair: $1,842. 31 this model has recalls for airbags, but not my VIN#. The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Armada. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked and occupied, the air bag warning light illuminated. An independent mechanic was contacted. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the air bag system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 20v188000 (air bags); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was 106,229.
Airbag light went on. Took it to the Nissan dealer in naples, florida paid to have diagnostics done to determine the problem. The drivers seat airbag is defective. Per the diagnostics, the dealer service department said it was a safety issue.
Nothing specific happened to cause one rear reverse light to not work anymore. Changed light bulb and checked spark plugs nothing has fixed the issue. There is also an airbag recall I need taken care of.
My wife was killed in a head on collision. Died from blunt force trauma to the chest. The steering wheel was bent.
