The contact owns a 2025 Nissan Armada. While the contact’s [xxx] child was secured in a child safety seat in the third-row passenger seat, the power-folding seat unexpectedly started folding over, trapping the child and the car seat inside. The mother quickly rushed to the back of the vehicle and pressed the power seat button to stop the seat from folding. Soon after the seat button was released, the seat resumed folding with the [xxx] still seated in the car seat. The contact held the button down continuously to keep the seat from collapsing. The contact stated that the failure posed an immediate danger to young children. The vehicle was not yet taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not yet repaired. My wife drove 2 hours on 11/18/2025 and got a second degree burn from her seat heater. She turned the seat heater on in the beginning of the drive, she didn't interact with it again, and it slow cooked her over the drive. It didn't cycle or lower itself at all.
