1 Differential Unit problem of the 2004 Nissan Armada

Failure Date: 11/10/2005

The rear end went out on my Nissan Armada. I was towing a camper well below the tow limit. I also own a Nissan titan truck. The rear ends are made by dana for Nissan. I love my Nissan trucks but fill dana should issue a recall to correct the problem for Nissan before somebody gets hurt or killed. Nissan did replace my rear end at no charge, but what about the next time.

2 Differential Unit problem of the 2005 Nissan Armada

Failure Date: 09/22/2005

I bought this car in 2005. The 4wd has never performed correctly. I have taken it back to the dealership numerous times and it still doesn't work. Of course, now the vehicle is way out of warranty, and Nissan will not pay for any repairs despite the fact that it hasn't worked right from the moment I bought it. I've never been able to use the 4wd system for any length of time. I've seen other posts on several other forums about this same problem. For now, I've taken the front differential out of my vehicle, and a friend of mine is going to see if there's a fix for it. I think it's obvious that the Armada and titan have design flaws concerning the front differential. I keep hearing about leaking and blown seals. I like the car, but I paid for a 4wd vehicle and I think I should have one. Is there any action I can take? against Nissan maybe? maybe they could pay me to be ok with their faulty vehicle? I've owned several Nissans before and had no problems, but I'm thinking that I'll never buy another one because of this. If there's a class-action lawsuit against Nissan for this, sign me up. Or maybe we could file one.

3 Differential Unit problem of the 2004 Nissan Armada

Failure Date: 12/23/2003

Nissan sold me a car wherein the transmission was not bolted to the frame. Ecause of a missing bolt, the front differential collided repeatedly with the cv joint, control arm, axle, and underside of the vehicle.
