Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Nissan Cube

In a side collision crash on 6/3/17, side air curtain did not deploy. Vehicle was in motion at 35 mph speed limit. Car was thrown against pass. Side of Cube. Front and side airbags did not deploy.

I was on my way home from work when a deer jumped in front of me. I tried to avoid it. I crashed my car into the guard rail crushing the whole front end. (I have pictures) the airbags never deployed. I went to the hospital. I broke two ribs and had contusions all over the front of my body,fingers,arms,legs,etc.

The contact owned a 2013 Nissan Cube. While driving approximately 30 mph, the vehicle slid on ice, the steering wheel seized, and the traction and abs warning lights illuminated. The contact crashed the vehicle into a guardrail. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was completely destroyed. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 24,500.
