1 Power Train Driveline problem

Failure Date: 10/20/2010

Rear axle seal leak may contaminate brakes with leak gear oil. Seals were replaced at 33,000 miles and now leaking again at 63,000 miles.

2 Power Train Driveline problem

Failure Date: 10/08/2010

Both rear axle seals leaked at 70k miles. Pinion seal also leaks. Oil leaked all over brakes system. Was told that if not caught in time the entire rear axle would have to be replaced. First and last Nissan I will buy.

3 Power Train Driveline problem

Failure Date: 08/09/2010

Right rear axle of Nissan 2006 Frontier failure. Was caught by owner while rotating tires, every 8000 miles. Could have caused serious danger to all occupants and other motorists if there was a total failure of read axle.

4 Power Train Driveline problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2008

Axle seal leak at 70k miles. Gear oil leaking onto brakes.
