2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2012 Nissan Juke

Failure Date: 08/30/2017

The contact owned a 2012 Nissan Juke. While the contact's daughter was driving 45 mph, she clipped a stopped vehicle on the rear drive side. As a result, the contact's daughter's vehicle rolled over. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact's daughter stated that there were no warning indicators illuminated. The daughter sustained multiple skull fractures and right skull damage, which required surgery to release pressure on the brain. She also had difficulty hearing and the left side of her face was paralyzed. The injuries to the other occupants were unknown. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot where it was deemed a total loss. The vehicle was not inspected by an independent mechanic or dealer to determine the air bag deployment failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 41,112.

4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2012 Nissan Juke

Failure Date: 06/30/2015

Ms. Adas was driving her Juke in the left lane when a RV in the center lane to her right attempted a u-turn and caused her to strike the RV. The vehicle was totaled and she sustained serious injuries but the airbags did not deploy.

5 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2011 Nissan Juke

Failure Date: 09/12/2013

The passenger airbag disabled light comes on occasionally even when my daughter is seated in the passenger seat. She is approximately 100 pounds. It seems that the light is on more than it is off, which is concerning because in event of an accident, it would mean that the passenger airbag does not deploy.

On sept. 27, 2012 and notation made in notes ' p0303 stored in ecu' and check engine light complaint oct. 31,2012 and stated cause by service dept. Is 'cylinder lost compression' and charged me $ 8080. 12 for engine work : gaskets replaced on the adapter, exhaust, manifold and water pump. Nov. 2, 2012 the dealer service dept. Found 60% oil inside tubes and same failure code appeared p0303. Spark plugs replaced Dec. 21 2013, and on Jan. 10, 2014 the coils were replaced , the spark plugs were replaced again ,and the service dept.
