Speed Sensor problems of the 2007 Nissan Maxima

I was driving north on e I-94 at the posted speed when the call started to slow down and would not accelerate past 40 miles per hour. The sluggish speed continued off and on until I reached my destination. On my return trip home, the multitude of lights came on during the drive (tcs off, brake, abs, slip) and the car would periodically go between sluggish and regular speed. When I took it to the dealership, the car was diagnosed with have a bad abs actuator and one bad speed sensor, total cost of repairs about $2400. From what I've read, this is a recurring Nissan problem across models and should be recalled. It is unconscionable that we should be have to pay for a company mistake.

Abs/speed sensor/controller failure - driving home on the highway going 65 mph the car slowed to 25 & wouldn't go over. Could have caused an accident. Later found out rr sensor went out from tech. Replaced, still didn't work. Bought new abs controller (very expensive)! still not working. Then bought new rr hub. No dice. Went to buckeye Nissan, they wanted to charge me another $4000 to replace all the parts again and a few we didn't! bought hub for lr and solved problem. Well we thought. A month later, it is now doing it again. The car won't go over 25 but this time no lights. Getting grinding from brakes like it did when controller went out. Better not be going out again. Paid a lot of money to get this car fixed and now a few weeks later we are having the same problems. All were dealer parts new. Not cheap and then the dealership wanted to rip me off more to replace parts that were new. This was my third and final Nissan I will ever buy and will tell my church friends and family!! Nissan won't make it right, it is their problem. They should issue a recall, I am a member of several Nissan forums and this problem is huge. Nissan take care of your customers!!!.
