The contact stated that while her son was driving 35 mph, the vehicle engine jerk three times stalled slide and landing into a tree then started to spin and flip over five times and landed on all four wheels. The contact mention that the check engine waring lights was remained illuminated. The contact stated that her son and his friend which was the front passenger were ejected from the vehicle. The contact stated that her son sustained scarf to the face, harms and legs, his legs was fracture and his skin was off his face. The front passenger sustained broken ribs, damage liver and a crack kneecap both required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The vehicle was destroyed. The contact mention that the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic prior to the accident due to the check engine warning light illuminated, it was stalling and the engine was jumping. 2 Check Engine Light On problem

My check engine light came on a few weeks ago saying cylinder five is miss firing. I replaced everything that I could and cylinders are still misfiring. It's causing my car to jerk and when I'm at a complete stop and start to go it takes my car a minute or so to start going. And also when I put my car into sports mode it does not shift.

The car will stutter at random even if filled with a full tank. Smell of burning and check engine light comes on. Car starts to violently shake. This is horrible as I drive with my toddler. I have been now reading this is common and I'm lucky I have not had an accent by my car stalling.

The contact stated while driving 30 mph, the vehicle lost power. It was muscled home from the scene of the incident and towed to the dealer. The dealer determined the cause of the vehicle's lost of power was due to internal failure of the throttle chamber assembly. To repair the vehicle the thottle chamber assembly was replaced. Right before the incident, the vehicle's check engine light illuminated.
