1 Brake Sensor problem

Failure Date: 03/10/2018

Fuel gauge says empty when 100 miles are on the gas tank. My local Nissan dealer, elhart, told me they would have to charge me 5 hours of labor to remove the gas tank to "diagnose" the problem, even though the fuel guage sensors are accessible under the rear seat for replacement. Also, this is a very common problem with all Nissans - quests do have a recall on it, but no other Nissan, even though they all use the same faulty gas guage. It causes panic to the driver to see the "empty" light on, & they call for help, swerve off the road, when they are really not empty at all. All Nissans should have a recall on these faulty gas gauges so that Nissan discontinues using them.
