My exterior brake lights seem to be stuck in the on position. When this happens I cannot fully accelerate, I'm able to switch the gear from park to reverse without applying pressure to the brake pedal. The ignition can also be started without the brake pedal being pressed. The exterior lights remai on even after the truck as been turned off.
