The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that upon closing the hood, the hood failed to latch securely. The contact released the hood release lever on the secondary hood latch, allowing the hood lock release cable to hold the hood in place and to prevent the hood from unexpectedly opening. Additionally, the contact stated that the front driver's side sun visor clips had fractured, causing the sun visor to lower, obstructing the visibility of the roadway while driving.
