Two problems related to gasoline engine have been reported for the 1997 Nissan Quest. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Engine experiences loss of power, then surges back. Slips in and out, rpms fall up to 1000 with each slip. Problem is intermittent and occurs at all speeds. Dealer finds nothing.
When stopping at a light the vehicle cuts off when going through an intersection. Dealer has seen vehicle 8 times and can't find problem.
