Two problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1999 Nissan Quest. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Brakes grind to a stop. Vehicle is shuttering in front, when braking vehicle will jolt forward. Brakes and rotors are being replaced.
Front brakes made a loud grinding noise when they were depressed. When this occurred the brakes ate the rotors. This was caused by the caliper sticking and not releasing. Dealership replaced rotors/calipers, but the problem recurred. TSB 613461 dealt with this problem.
