Three problems related to headlights have been reported for the 1999 Nissan Quest. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact owns a 1999 Nissan Quest. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 mph, the headlights failed. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The mechanic was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 102,000.
Both headlamp sockets have melted several times causing one and sometimes both headlamps to fail.
Driver's side headlight goes on and off intermittently. No pattern, just on and off. I replaced w/new bulb. . . Still happens. Will take into dealer ASAP.
