The contact stated that while at a red light, once the light turned green, the contact had to depress the accelerator pedal several times, and 5 seconds afterward,s the vehicle accelerated. No warning lights were illuminated; however, the "low coolant" message was displayed on the instrument panel. The failure had occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to the residence, and was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 64,000.
