The contact owns a 2013 Nissan roque. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 mph, there was an unknown noise coming from the driver's door. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact's friend droved the vehicle to the contact's residence. The vehicle was then towed to the dealer and an unknown diagnosis occurred.
