12v/24v/48v Battery problems of the 2021 Nissan Rogue

The contact owns a 2021 Nissan rouge. The contact stated that while driving 62 mph, the vehicle lost power as speed was reduced inadvertently. The contact stated engine warning light illuminated displaying "malfunction power reduced service now". The dealer was contacted and advised to turn the vehicle off and to restart it. The contact did as was informed by the dealer as the vehicle resumed normal operation. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and stated the battery lost charge. The vehicle was at the dealer overnight to have the battery recharged. The issue was corrected however, the failure recurred several times. The vehicle was currently at the dealer for diagnosis and repairs. The manufacturer was made aware and a case was opened. The contact stated that the manufacturer contacted the dealer and was informed that the failure could not be diagnosed. The failure mileage was approximately 1,600.
