The contact owns a 2018 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, the front interior light panel attached to the vehicle's headliner fell without warning with wire exposed. The light panel hit the right side of the contact's head which resulted in the contact suffering a minor headache, she did not seek medical attention. The contact pulled the vehicle over and was able to reattach the panel; however, the next day, the light panel fell again. The manufacturer was notified of failure; however, the contact was informed that she could not file a complaint since the vehicle was out of warranty. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
