The car will lock while the key is inside. It also has a security issue that would prevent the car from starting if you lock the doors when you are inside and shut the engine off. Lastly now press lock and unlock will make the car beeps until you unlock it with the fob .

The monitor and camera system does not always come on. The gps doesn’t work and if you try to backup there is no indication someone is behind you because the cameras are inoperable. This is definitely a safety issue. I have taken the vehicle to 2 service centers and it is still not fixed. As a matter of fact the issue happened before we drove it off the lot and we were told there was nothing wrong with the system.
The infotainment system goes black intermittently & frequently- when this occurs, there is no access to any cameras and if it occurs while backing out, the mirrors self-adjust down (for the camera?) and therefore, you are unable to even user your sideview mirrors. I have contacted Nissan corporate-they deny any issues but the local dealership told me there is a software problem similar to the 2022 issue (recall) but there is no solution because this is a new problem with 2024.
When placed in reverse the back up camera will show just the blue lines on the screen and immediately the screen will go off so the backup camera doesn’t work and while back up the car it just automatically brake even when nothing is around the vehicle and by doing that it has caused my breaks to start making a noise.
Automatic braking front and rear work sporadically and in most condition not predicable. Dealer tells me it’s working as designed. System very dangerous.

While driving down a road at 40mph that has a speed limit of 45 there are a set railroad tracks that you go over. Of course I slow to 20mph but the forward collision warning activated but it was not a warning but an out right complete stop of the vehicle which would have cause rear end collision if someone was behind me. And it was reported to Nissan about the situation and requested to disable this safety feature but was denied.
A numerous occasions, when I put the car into reverse to back out of a porking spot etc the backup sensor on the right side of the car activates as though there's something on that side, when there is nothing there. It's extremely nerve-wracking to think you're going to hit something when you aren't. I put in a random day but this is having a multiple occasions.
The backup camera blacked out when backing out of my driveway. I tried restarting the car and it didn't resolve the issue.

Rear cross alert not function almost got hit by cars moving behind me. Not sure if other safety systems even work. The tires maybe defective too.
