Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated that intermittently when a passenger is utilizing the front passenger seat. The air bag will not activate. The dealer and manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact's while was serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 14v138000 (air bags , electrical system) however the failure still occurred. The manufacturer stated that this was normal occurrence because of " they way the child sat on the seat and because of weight". The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 9,000. The contact stated that while in reverse the contact can hear a loud squeaking noise. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer stated the entire braking system would need to be repaired. The vehicle was repair. Shortly after the repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure at this point. The manufacturer stated they were unable to duplicate the failure.
