Failure Date: 05/01/2015

The airbag light on dashboard keeps blinking and the passenger airbag light says it is off on the center console even when someone is sitting in the passenger seat. Had it checked once before and they said it was not an issue and a friend who had the same lights on her 2007 Versa had to go on three times to get it turned off after being checked. It would keep coming back on and finally took it in for the fourth time they said she would need to pay for replacement airbags and it was ogling to cost $1200 but she took it to a second opinion and they told her a cable under the passenger seat was broken and needed to be fixed for $80 and it fixed her Versa. I haven't had a chance to take mine in to get checked for the second time but it concerns me driving wondering if it's broke. Or just a small cable that needs fixing.
