Takata recall. The contact owned a 2008 Nissan Versa. While driving approximately 35 mph, the passenger's air bag inadvertently deployed while the passenger seat was unoccupied. The deployment caused the driver to crash into a tree. The driver's air bag failed to deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained back and neck injuries. Medical attention was required. Back in April of 2013 I got into a car accident where I rear ended a stopped vehicle going 40-50mph. My airbags did not deploy, which resulted in the injury of myself (the driver), and both of my passengers. I hit the windshield and got a concussion.
