Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Nissan Versa Note

I went to bob moore Nissan in norman oklahoma for servicing my 2015 Nissan Versa Note. They told me that NY airbags had stopped working. I've never been in an accident in this car and the airbags have never been deployed. They tried to charge me $3600 to fix my airbags, but I found out that other Nissan airbags had been recalled.

Airbag light on dash blinks, no recall is showing for my vehicle VIN. Airbag has never been deployed. Displays regardless of speed. Has been occurring for months (nearly a year as best I can recall), this is the first I became aware of a method to report.

Air bag did not deploy after a head on collision at 25 to 30 miles. A car can through its stop sign and I hit. It was on a city street.
