While driving vehicle suddenly accelerated which almost caused a crash. Pedal went to floor and occupant used brakes trying to stop. Once vehicle went up to 80rpms, shifted gears and it went back down. Please provide further information.

2 Car Accelerates On Its Own problem

Failure Date: 06/06/1999

Vehicle experienced sudden acceleration and was unable to stop the vehicle by braking, consumer also recieved lacerations to the top of the foot when she put her foot out the door to attemt to stop vehicle. Nlm.
