My 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora has a re-occurring problem with a noise associated with the steering or front end, I am not sure which. It starts out as either a grinding or clunking sound when turning - notice it more as I am turning into my alley which is sort of a dip then a small rise from the street level. I have had it repaired at least three times since I bought the car new and it is starting to act up again. Of course it is out of warranty now so I can hardly wait to see what they try to tell/sell me on getting it repaired this time. All the other times, the dealership indicated they took something apart and greased it. It lasted for 15 - 20k miles or so and needed to be done all over again. I am not happy that a re-occurring problem is now my problem. I can only mark down the last incident on this report. I now have 69k+ miles on the car and I cannot remember all the dates of when each incident happened. But, suffice it to say about every 15 - 20k miles.
