Defogger Heater problem #1

The heater core ruptured on I-40 near gallup, nm. The hot vapor injured my wife, karen moody and our children joseph, 11 and jesika, 15. Karen has lung damage and seizures. Neurological problems and other problems. Joseph has nasal problems and seizures and neurological problems.

Windshield problem #2

Continual problem with windshield clearing of fog, and ice on the passenger side of the windshield restricting visibility and a safety concern. Had in to dealer in denver, CO two times, and contacted customer service for Oldsmobile, and they state it was designed that way, and they will do nothing to correct the problem, it was engineered that way. I have visited with gm corporate, and they have the same stance. The problem has had a second dealer opinion, and they adjusted the flow divertor, but still a minimum of air going to the passenger side and visibility is still impaired. They did indicate there have been other complaints of a similar nature, but had to pry to get technical services to admit to that. It is a very serious concern to me since my vision is already limited by an old injury, and it is really an uncomfortable feeling to have a windshield that won't remain clear.
