After driving the vehicle for 4 months a shudder developed when making sharp turns. The dealer replaced the transfer case fluid 3 times per technical bulletin. The shudder has decreased but now on sharp turns in reverse the vehicle balks and considerable power must be applied to move it. The dealer and gm state this is normal. This is a dangerous situation.

While driving heard a loud noise, felt like transmission had fallen from underneath vehicle. When turning or parking steering wheel will lock up. Dashboard went dark, vehicle cut off. Contacted dealer. They replaced 5 times transfer case.
While driving about 20 mph on a snowy road, consumer felt that 4-wheel drive was not working, had taken vehicle to dealer and they found out that wheel cable had been disconected from computer, and vehicle was repaired.
Since purchase of vehicle it has shimmied and there was vibration, an Oldsmobile service engineer discovered there was wrong oil in transfer case from factory.

This vehicle shudders on dry pavement. There is a problem with the all wheel drive system. Please see bulletin # 99-04-21-005 (this is on your website) we have had the vehicle in for service 4 times for this problem. They changed the fluid in the transfer case 3 different times, but the problem still persists. We have contacted Oldsmobile, with no results. Can you please help us, we don't know what to do next. The vehicle is still under factory warranty. Gm/ Oldsmobile refuses to replace the transfer case and the mechanic at pence Oldsmobile suggested this is what should be done to correct the problem.

While driving with the cruise control on, vehicle suddenly accelerates and pulls to the right. Vehicle has experienced electrical problems (consumer did not state specific problems). 4-wheel drive illuminated.
