Three problems related to brake foundation components have been reported for the 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Brakes were starting to grab, more pressure had to be applied to stop. Vehicle was taken to dealer several times. Dealer would have to round them off because of faulty material.
Whenever applying the brakes, the steering wheel and brake pedal vibrate, the dealer has replaced the rotors and front brake linings, machined the rotors and the problem still exists, consumer states that the rotors are being replaced every four or five months.
Consumer has had 2 of the same vehicles, different year and both have experienced several brake failures. Nlm.
