general problems of the 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue

When I drove on high way or local, suddenly the car is power off, engine and power steering do not work at all, need pull over restart several times, then drive a while this happen again. This happened several times in the past years. I got recall 14350 and the dealer fixed the key ring, I thought the power off problem is gone, but it happened again, this may cause crash and serious injury. I don't know what I can do for this, I cannot afford new car and definitely will not sold this defect car to anyone else.

After rounding a curve and seeing a deer and thinking how lucky I was that it didn't jump out in front of me, my engine died and I lost control of the vehicle. 2000 olds Intrigue will not crank intermittently. Once it cranks car starts and runs perfectly. Has been into dealer several times, but to no avail. Crank sensor was replaced 2/2006 at my expense. It made no difference in cranking problem. Also has flickering problem with headlights. Alternator has been replaced twice at gm's expense.
