1 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 11/01/2000

While driving at approximately 65mph rearened another vehicle, and dual airbags did not deploy, causing head/shoulder injuries, even with seatbelt worn. There was no warning of defective airbags.

2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 08/04/2000

I have smashed front end of this car twice and both times air bags failed to deploy.

3 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 02/01/2000

While at a stop sign vehicle was struck by another vehicle in the front. Tags were ripped off, and air bags did not deploy.

4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 12/08/1997

While driving about 20 mph the vehicle was involved in a collision and the airbags did not deploy. The manufacturer has been notified.

5 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 08/21/1997

Driving about 15mph when broadsided by another vehicle; Breeze then hit another vehicle headon; upon impact the airbags did not deploy. Another vehicle rearended Breeze.
