Failure Date: 08/13/2004

While driving 10 mph on a dry/smooth road surface both frontal air bags deployed inadvertently. No injury to report.

2 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 03/03/2002

Vehicle was involed in a frontal collision of 40 mph, and neither air bag deployed. Dealer was notified. Feel free to provide any further information.

3 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 02/08/2001

Steering wheel bent in accident and neither airbag diployed(front end totaled).

4 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 12/01/1999

Driver's air bag didn't inflate upon impact.
