Two problems related to automatic transmission park/neutral start switch have been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Able to shift vehicle into gear with engine running and without depressing gas pedal. Also occasions of accelerator pedal sticking.
Shift lever can be changed or moved into any gear from park without applying brakes and without key in the ignition, which could cause vehicle to roll away.
