Two problems related to defogger have been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
There is no heat or air conditioning coming through the vents. Vehicle was hesitating, and the gears were slipping. Dealership was aware of problem.
Rear heater lines and power steering pump rusted out. Unacceptable on a 4 year old car. Chrysler will do nothing about it.
