12 problems related to speed control springs have been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Airbag light is on/ horn, and cruise control stopped working. Dealer determined clockspring assembly needed to be replaced.
Air bag/ horn, and cruise control went out at same time. Contacted dealer, dealer noted that clockspring was the problem.

Clock spring was not under warranty, and it cost $538. 71 for labor and parts to replace failed clock spring.
During normal operation air bag light will illuminate/ cruise control will not function, and horn would not work. Dealership examined vehicle and determined that clock spring was defective, and had to be replaced. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
While driving cruise control light was always illuminating on dashboard. Dealer was notified, mechanic stated clock spring was defective, causing cruise control to malfunction.
