Two problems related to child seat tether strap have been reported for the 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Straps on the integrated child car seat are too loose. Child can climb out of the seat. There is no way to tighten them up. Dealer has been contacted.
Consumer states child safety seat's straps don't lock in place at times, and other tomes the straps tighten up while child is in the seat.
