3 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 01/01/2004

We have a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager we have owned it 5-6 years. For about the last 2 years sometimes the brake pedal pulls down on its own and sticks for a few moments. It will do this when your foot is on the pedal and not pressing down at all, but it also does it when your foot is not over the pedal at all! I could be going 45 mph and it will pull down on its own and come back up in a few seconds. It is an very occasional problem so we never know when it will happen, unfortunately it has not done it while at the mechanics. We have had it looked at several times and worked on 3 times and they can't find the problem. I am very concerned this could be dangerous but we can't seem to find the problem.
